Ankle Boots

Fall is around the corner and I am looking for a nice pair of ankle boots with a chunky heel. These are my three favorite pairs so far. I found them while browsing through the Zara online shop and one of my favorite designers Alexander Wang.

Berlin ALWAYS Calling

I love NYC, but I love Berlin just as much. It is my home and I can see myself moving back. It is filled with culture - art, music, inspirations. Every time I go back home to visit my family and friends I find new places to go. The best about Berlin in the summer is the river Spree with its many laid back beach bars. The turkish and flea markets offer the best and freshest foods for a low price. If you are looking for some special designer pieces, either in clothing or art, you should visit Hackischen Höfe. Hidden between buildings you can experience a quiet city life with many cute little stores.

All about the shoe

The super high heel can rest... it's time to get the classics and flats back. My favorite destination for shoe shopping this year was Zara. From pumps, sandals to loafers... Zara got me hooked. Bloomingdales' selection in the 59th streets store had a nice variety of sandals as well. 

While shopping in Berlin, I couldn't resist in stepping into the adidas original store. A casual sneaker was missing in my assortment.

Miami Heating

Next stop Miami!
Summer still hasn't started yet, so what better excuse can you have to get out of the moody weather? A weekend trip to South Beach seemed like the best solution. My Mexico trip was not even two weeks before, but I was already low on Vitamin D and rushed towards sun.
A two hour flight from NYC... that's all it took.

Sum(mer) up 2013

As I am driving on the highway towards the Hamptons, listening to some new tunes from Berlin's newcomer DJ's, there is a happy feeling in my stomach. Not exactly because of the Hamptons... However, thinking about this year's adventures... makes me wish summer never comes to an end. My favorite season of the year sure set another mark in life.

Living in New York City is adventurous enough, but eventually you get to the point where you want to flee the jungle of the dreamers and makers. My summer started early this year, as I took off for a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. 

Viva la Mexico... sun, crystal clear water,

beautiful scenery, the best food and very friendly people. 

I checked in at the Hilton Hotel Resort Vallarta. With its amazing ocean and mountain view at the same time, there is only one thing in your mind... I never want to leave!
